Full Blown "Some Kinda Freak"

Out Now on Whoop Records

Asle Bjorn follows up his Whoop! debut last year with this new single under his Full Blown guise. Like 'Death Of Dub', this follow up entitled 'Some Kinda Freak' sees Asle's filtered progressive sound get injected with big disco flavour, creating a unique sounding big room track that has already done the business off test pressing.

The 'Natural Selection Mix' combines tight drum arrangements and rolling snares, slipping a large rocking groove underneath to create a big room sound that will have the floor rocking from side to side. Throw in some disco loops, a simple but effect vocal refrain and a small dose of melody and watch this quirky joint quickly find a following on the floor.

Asle's 'Original Mix' strips it down and jacks it up a few notches, playing on those big disco loops even more so, and introducing some rolling grooves into the fray, this is party house through and through, with some filtered action and hypnotic melodies providing support for the intoxicating vocal.

Once again Asle cooks up something slightly more funky than the usual Whoop! norm, but it's mainstream appeal has already spread far and wide and looks set to grow even further.
