Mezz "The Desert"

Out Now on Sunkissed Records

It's been a massive year for 'Sunkissed', which is undoubtedly the best underground house label to come from the US. With names like Medway, Hamel and Blackwatch much is expected from this premier league label, which looks set to take 2002 by storm.

And to start the new year on a good note, Bill Hamel and Simon Noble, AKA, 'Mezz', take you to 'The Desert'. Bill and Simon have already had success with 'Cubism' and much is expected from their latest collaboration.

'The Desert' is a slamming tribal track set to do some serious damage on the dancefloor. 'Xzique' and 'Sphere' take over remix duties and they do not disappoint.

While The 'Xzique' boys put their trademark touch and go on a tough tribal journey which builds towards a breathtaking break, the 'Sphere' remix takes the track to another level and goes darker and deeper, adding more atmospehere to the track with some dubby vocal samples.

With both remixes getting massive support from the usuall suspects, 'Sunkissed' keep their high standard of quality. With massive exposure on Digweed's Kiss FM show, it looks like 'The Desert' will be a another smash for this ever growing label.
