Further Thoughts "Random Dynamics"

Further Thoughts are Alexi Delano, known for his label Cornershot, "Levia", on Plastic City and Casey Hogan, who has been getting much attention for his releases "Under My Skin" on Test 542, and his "Alric" releases on Plastic City.

Together they join forces to bring you the Further Thoughts EP, a project which aims to combine Alexi's deep house passion with Casey's techier influenced sounds.

Unfortunately, the lads do not manage to deliver as expected. the 'No fancy build-ups' uproach is taken to far and the result is an EP which is quite flat. the deep groove and enticing bass lines aren't bad but the minimal groove is way too minimal for my liking.

This is not what i've come to expect from SAW, but hopefully it's a mere glitch and SAW will be back in buisness with their upcoming releases.
