Fuf & Goz Feat Marshall Jefferson "Coffee 2 Go"

Out Now on Kinky Vinyl

Fuf and Goz are a production duo from the Middle East, another set of people who are emerging from the bustling Israeli scene, and they have pulled off a bit of a coup here as they manage to get the godfather of house Marshall Jefferson to lay down some vocals on their debut production, Coffee 2 Go, and the results will speak for themselves, as you will read below.

The Original mix starts with a deep bass groove, with subtle samples of a party in full swing, trippy synth lines and a hypnotic groove lock us in for the ride as the main vocal from Marshall himself gets things underway, with Fuf and Goz weaving the groove around the smooth vocal. A warmly soul grabbing slice of house that will raise the hairs on the back of your neck. A real end of the week feel good track, almost a soundtrack to the start of the weekend.

Australian Nathan G gets on the remix, taking us into deeper areas, a more upbeat groove and techy sounds interweaving with the vocal and splicing it apart as a means to get the beat bouncing along. A funky dancefloor workout that tips it's hat to the more diverse dj, and serves as an excellent complimentive mix to the Original..

Only on it's third release, Kinky Vinyl is already making a mark for itself with forthcoming releases from artists such as Abraham Bam Boogie and Nathan G himself already causing a stir amongst djs including Steve Lawler. This all indicates that things are due to get even kinkier in the near future.
