Paris & Healey "The Reaper / Sleeze"

Out Now on Plastic Fantastic

Luis Paris of Innervision and Paris & Sharp, and Tim Healey of Electric Tease and Coburn, have teamed up once again to bring you a filthy acid progressive tune. Their last two singles 'Pressure' and 'Ripped' were huge hits, and this is determined to be another spicy cut.

'The Reaper' opens up with a muffled vocal behind thick drums and some tribal sounds. The voice starts making it’s way to the front filtering in and out. A ravey electro sound comes in and takes us into a drop off that goes silent. The vocal starts making his way back in, and becomes very gospel. Acid starts building in the background to climax right as the drums pop back in. The acid follows the singing all the way to the end of the trac.

'Sleaze' is a dirty rave styled track. A low bass synth is the hightlight, with its gritty aggressive sound. The drums are simple, yet strong, and move quickly. The sounds drop off into a creepy breakdown full of "Sex, Love and Money". Back into the drums an alarm sound rings overhead, and finishes the track off.

Paris & Healey cook up another good release for Plastic Fantastic. While this isn’t the most challenging set of tunes, they will destroy the dancefloor with their heavy sounds, and athemic tones.
