Guy Gerber "Stoppage Time"

Out Now on Bedrock Records

Guy Gerber has already made a name for himself with several excellent singles on Whoop!, Alternative Route and Kinky Vinyl. Via his many projects and collaborations he has proven himself to be a versatile producer, but has never had that one killer track that stands out , but 'Stoppage Time' is that one track, as Gerber makes his Bedrock debut in grand fashion.

Gerber's 'Original Mix' could be described as a rolling epic, building and building from it's subtle beginning into a massive electro tinged monster. The chord progression and pulsating bass provide a dark and moody backdrop for the techy synths that climb upwards. A heavy breakdown cuts through the frenzied sounds that bring this hypnotic track to it's close, n decadent fashion but with maximum effect that will send the dancefloor crazy.

The remix sees 'Dave Gardner & Sahar Z' come together to offer the techno edged 'Haoman 17 Mix'. Upping the original tempo and dropping in more percussion and synths over the electronic bassline, they succeed in building on the foundations of the original, toughening it up and giving it a cool twisted acidic edge in the process.

Without a doubt this is Gerber's finest moment to date, an intense big room track that has already torn apart several of this year's festivals and major club events. Quite simply one of the best releases on Bedrock in some time, and definitely one for your record box.
